I had a mixed experience with The zebion group. While their products were of good quality, their customer service was lacking. The website was easy to navigate and I had no issues with the ordering process. However, when I had a problem with one of their products, it took a long time for them to respond and resolve the issue. Overall, I would say the average customer experience.
