We had several rooms booked from 4pm, it's 4:50, zero rooms are ready and nobody knows when they will be. Also a huge queue of people with the same problem.
Duvets were not provided , only duvet covers.
Housekeeping left the door to our room UNLOCKED which is actually quite shocking.
Water in the swimming pool is too cold and for whatever reasons kids can't use jaccuzzi which is inside a larger(cold) pool.
WiFi does not work at all(it connects but there's no internet).
Food is mediocre and every single day it does not change during breakfast for the entire week. In the morning most pastries seem to be leftovers from the dinner before. Many floors, especially the ones close to the kids club reek of chlorine, so does places which have been recently cleaned.
