I had a mixed experience with the company. The website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of shotguns. However, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time for a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did get a response, it was not very helpful. It's disappointing when a company has great products but falls short on customer service.
