We stayed at this hotel in Feb 2019 for three to four days. The receptionist there was extremely rude and was busy on her mobile all the time. She wasn't even willing to answer basic questions, such as how long will it take to get the rooms ready, when will the lift be repaired etc. Another thing which was a major issue was that the lift was very small and could literally house one suitcase and two people at a time and was not functional on most of the days. The hotel needs to change the staff at the reception and probably fix that lift, if they want their customers to be stratified.
