I recently purchased a painting from a reputable online art gallery. The artwork itself is stunning and the delivery was prompt. However, I was disappointed with the company's customer service. When I reached out to inquire about framing options, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. This lack of communication and attention to customer needs tarnished my overall experience. While the art was great, the company's service was lacking.
