I recently ordered custom screen printed shirts from a company, and it was an okay experience. The process of placing the order on their website was smooth, but I had some issues with the prints. Some of them didn't come out as crisp as I expected, and the colors weren't as vibrant. However, their customer service was helpful in addressing my concerns and they offered to redo the faulty prints. Overall, it was an average experience, but there is room for improvement.
