I have been a customer of Ntouch software, llc for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The software they provide is decent, but there are certainly areas for improvement. I have encountered some technical issues during my time using their products, and their customer support has been somewhat lacking in resolving those issues in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
