I have been using Watchbot's services for the past year and I must say it has been an average experience. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is responsive, but the product itself lacks some essential features. The rate monitoring feature falls short and the app interface could use some improvements. Overall, Watchbot is an average company with room for improvement.
