I had a mixed experience with Molecule. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I found the product descriptions to be informative and helpful in making my purchase decision. However, the customer service was lacking. It took several attempts to get a response from their support team, and when I did, the resolution was not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate Molecule as average.
