The morning of January 21st, 2013, I called Peterson Fuel Delivery to inquire if they provided diesel fuel for generators onsite. I was calling from a major company with more than $6,000 annual worth of diesel fuel needed.....I was never told if they did or didn't provide this service, instead was rudely and impatiently questioned about quantity of fuel and type of generator, I kindly stated "I'll connect you with our Operations Director for all your answers if you could advise if you fuel generators on site with diesel fuel", he was extremely rude, nasty and a disgusting individual to deal with on every level with statements as "he is not doing any leg work", "he did not want to be transferred to anyone", "for me to do all the leg work & why should he have to" and "I should have had full detailed information before ever calling him". I explained our Ops Dir would be glad to speak with him to answer any questions he may have however; I needed to know first if they provided diesel fuel for generators onsite first before connecting them. He was extremely unprofessional, ill mannered; I can't imagine what service onsite would be like with a call of this sort. NEVER WOULD I USE PETERSON FUEL DELIVERY NOR DO I SUGGEST ANYONE DOES EITHER. This is a prime example of horrific customer service in this day and age. I shouldn t be shocked but I am. UNBELIEVABLE!
