I had an average experience with Launchbooks Literary Agency. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of books. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and they didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, I had a mediocre experience with them.
