The Sultan Resort was a disappointment. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the facilities were poorly maintained. The rooms were dirty and outdated, and the food at the restaurants was mediocre at best. The resort did not live up to its advertised amenities and activities. I would not recommend staying at The Sultan Resort to anyone.
