At first the guest services ladies who originally greeted us were very pleasant , until the day we went to a wedding to why we and 30 others were staying there because of the wedding. There was a 50 person charter bus that dropped all of us off after the reception including the bride and groom, the groom in his dress blues needed to check in. As he and his wife proceeded to check in w/ her in her full wedding gown he could not find his ID and the woman working the desk at the time (J....I'll be nice ) was completely unhelpful and so incredibly rude to the bride and groom as she visually saw in front of her 30 friends with cards and ids could have explained that we could just do it for them just kept saying she can't do.anything for them until she had the id I understand a policy but when your company is profiting that evening because of their event and guests attending and in her wedding gown whom just got married I'm sorry but you can make an exception you don't make a bride want to cry on that day I hope know one treats her like that on her big day , luckily I was able to figure out that I cold put my info down so they could sleep , but find it rediculous that situation happened and hope they didn't have to pay for their room with that lovely greeting.
