My daughter Claire and I had a wonderful experience with Jordan. She was so much fun, but took her role seriously. She showed us the huge selection and we were able to choose 5-6 for Claire to try. Jordan took the time to pull the dress tight with clips so we could see the front and then pull it tight so we could see the back. Jordan gave us her honest opinion and after Claire and I met one dress with silence, but blurted out "I hate it." That is what we were both thinking too. We shopped at seven stores total, and ended up coming back to The Bridal Collection. Jordan saw us come in and came out with Claire's favorite dress for her to try on without us asking for it. She was busy with another customer, but took the time to greet us and when she was done with her customer, she helped us with veils and jewelry and the purchase. Claire's dress is exquisite and perfect, but customer service is so important when making an important purchase. You can tell Jordan likes her job and she does it with grace and a smile.
