This school district encourages racism. They have a sociology teacher named Mr.Sewell who allowed a class to make racist remarks against a student because of her views on the American flag and on other large social issues in today's world. Students where making death threats to the student with Mr.Sewells in the class room. He did nothing. The student being the only Caucasian in the room, other than the Mr. Sewell, felt unsafe in these conditions, not because of racist views, but because of the threats of being jumped after class or having these people follow the student home. At one point Mr.Sewell and I quote "white people are the reason why this country is the way it is" I personally feel that this particular teacher and many like him need to have their teaching license revoked. There will be a notice sent to the school board about this teacher. If this post is removed it will be reposted on every social media page and a new review will be posted.
