I have been a customer of Powell-walton-milward a division of j smith lanier & company for many years, and I must say that their service is average. While they are reliable and professional, there is nothing particularly outstanding about their work. I have never had any major issues with them, but they also haven't gone above and beyond my expectations. Overall, I would say they are a solid choice for insurance services but don't offer anything extraordinary.
