I've been a loyal customer of Cairns Office Machines for several years now, and I can honestly say that their service is average at best. While they do have a decent range of products, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I've had multiple instances where I've had to wait extended periods of time to get assistance, and even then, the staff seemed disinterested in helping. Overall, I would say that Cairns Office Machines is just an average company.
