I purchased a computer monitor from Datavision recently, and although the delivery was prompt, the monitor had some issues. There were dead pixels on the screen and the colors looked washed out. I contacted customer support and they were responsive in helping me to resolve the problem. While I appreciate their assistance, I expected better quality control from a company like Datavision.
