Large, beautiful facility, with grandeur presence ...

Large, beautiful facility, with grandeur presence unfortunately is ridden with an unstable American-Korean culture. Confused management. Lots of work and little results. Most employees fear "big brother" watching them. Many dislike their job but put a smile on to keep it. The term "HATCI fever" was coined to denote the depression people get from working unfulfilling jobs for the money+benefits. Job with engineering title = product manager. Not engineering. High turnover. Some employees mysteriously "disappear" (secretly fired or let go) leaving others to wonder who will be next. New employees come in with high spirits only to be let down. There are fun times, but overall would not recommend, unhealthy mental environment. A place like this has a huge amount of untapped potential. It's a shame to see it having such trouble. The culture itself does not see nor will ever admit fault, and so progress will not be made. Their solution to every problem is: Work more hours for no pay.
