I had a mixed experience with Ascending Robotics. Their customer service was excellent, always quick to respond to my inquiries and resolve any issues. However, I was not completely satisfied with the product quality. The drone I purchased had some technical issues and didn't perform as expected. Overall, it was an average experience.
