I recently had the opportunity to do business with this company and I would rate my experience as average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries and there were some delays in the delivery of my order. However, once I did receive the product, I was satisfied with its quality. I appreciate their wide range of imported and exported goods, as it allowed me to find exactly what I needed. In terms of pricing, I found them to be competitive compared to other similar companies in the market. Overall, I had an average experience with this company and would consider doing business with them again if they improve their customer service.
