I recently visited the eye center for a routine check-up, and I found the overall experience to be quite average. The staff were friendly and professional, but I did have to wait longer than I expected for my appointment. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the doctor was thorough in their examination. However, I felt that the billing process was a bit confusing and could have been clearer. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information, but I think it could benefit from more detailed explanations of the services offered. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement. 😊
