I recently used their data recovery software and found it to be average. The interface was user-friendly, but the scanning process was slower than expected. I did appreciate the detailed scan results and the option to preview files before recovery. However, the actual recovery process took longer than I had hoped. It did successfully retrieve most of my files, so I was satisfied with that. The customer support was responsive when I reached out with a question, which was a plus. Overall, it's a decent option for data recovery, but there are some aspects that could be improved to enhance the user experience. 🤷‍♂️
