I recently used this company's services for trading and found the experience to be just okay. The website was easy to navigate and had good resources for research, but I felt that the customer support was lacking. I had some issues with my account that took a while to resolve, and the response time from the support team was slower than expected. 🤔 Additionally, I found the fees to be a bit higher compared to other similar services I've used in the past. On the positive side, the trading platform was reliable and offered a wide range of assets to trade. Overall, the experience was average, and I hope the company can improve its customer service in the future.
