I had an appointment at 1:00pm today. I drove from Cleveland, Tx to meet up with a representative. I get there and the office is closed. They did have a sign on the door saying they were out of the office and a number to call for assistance. I call and the guy sounded so unprofessional. He had no idea about an appointment being set at 1 for the day. He said he ll be back in an hour. Just told him that s fine and now we are on the way to another company. Thank you.
