In my experience with Northern States Investments, LLC, I have had mixed feelings. On one hand, their website, myrent2own.com, was easy to navigate and provided a good selection of properties. The customer service, however, was lacking. It took a while to get responses to my inquiries and they often seemed uninterested in helping. Overall, my experience was average.
