AMI arranged the purchase of my latest vehicle for me. They had been recommended by a friend of the family who had used them for a few of his previous car purchases.

Throughout the process I dealt with Darren one of the directors and the end to end service was fantastic, they listened carefully to my requirements and found the ideal vehicle. They arranged to move my existing car on and delivered the new one direct to my home. The purchase experience very much warrants a 5 star rating.

Shortly after the purchase at the next routine service it transpired that the car had been repaired after a knock to the front wing, something that AMI were not aware of as the standard of the repair was excellent of the body work. However it appeared that as a result of the knock there was a buzz from the driver side pillar, not covered under manufacturer's warrantee. AMI did not have to help sort this, but they (Ian) still arranged to pick the car up and get it fixed for me anyway - smoothly dealing with several unexpected issues along the way.

I would unhesitatingly recommend AMI to anyone looking for a hassle free switch of vehicle.
