Had a wonderful experience! In the age of technology, where customer svc is at a low or where computers are replacing people (companies are allowing this trend)... I had an moment where the employee spent time w/me on the phone & in person. Not once was I felt rushed, nor felt impersonal! Thank you 'Service Dept'!!! I didn't call out a name, because I feel that each time that I come there... Each one of them has the same thoughtfulness towards my reason for needing their attention!
