About 10 years ago, my father and mother started living in the facility and I would visit weekly. Now our mutual friend is a resident there. After comparing multiple long care facilities, we decided Niles Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was the right choice for our family. The Korean director, Mrs. Cho is very kind and accommodating to the residents and families. The staff take great care of the residents and provides personal care and attention to each individual. The director communicates immediately with any concerns and is responsive to our inquiries.
Our family is grateful for the wonderful care given to our family and friends at the facility.
