Worst experience with customer service.
I own a small cafe in east van which opens at 3:30pm. I was trying to order some paper cups. And.. I called them. Apparently, their delivery service goes from 8am to 3pm(meaning their drivers go home at 3pm.. so last delivery will be around 2pm). I made the effort telling them i could wait for them to come at 11am but they refused. They told me that they could ONLY deliver to my area in the early morning. So.. I asked if they could come around 8am and they said they cannot guarantee. Apparently.. they want me to wait for them from 8am... until whenever they can come. I guess big company does not care about small businesses.
