Truly the worst customer service and shopping expe...

Truly the worst customer service and shopping experience I ve ever had. Ordered a chair two months ago. Chair comes and is the wrong color. Call the store and dint get an answer for an hour. Call customer service and don t get an answer for an hour. So we went TO the store. Where we weren t greeted, but instead walked into everyone texting and not paying attention to a customer standing in front of them. A manager promises us that the correct color is in stock and we will have it this week. She also promises us to refund our delivery charge which has YET to be done??? An employee promises us we can count on her to take care of the issue. Every text I send is ignored. She won t answer my calls. She won t give me the managers cell that I ve requested 3 times. She has sent me two texts that she meant to send to her manager. At this point It s almost funny- who are these people hiring to be customer facing. Today I called customer service who told me the chair is back ordered until December. We ordered it in July. I truly don t know how a business can be run so poorly. I am APPALLED at the complete lack of customer service. Will never in our lives walk into that store again once this issue is taken care of. Shame on you, #1 furniture store in America . BS.
