Tourism board needs to regrade from 4 star to much...

Tourism board needs to regrade from 4 star to much less! They do not have many of the minimums required for 4 star. No shampoo or hairdryers supplied .. not even on request. Reception staff not sure about star rating although there is a certificate right behind them .. staff do not really know how to answer any questions or requests. Lighting in chalets and in store shocking .. store not very well stocked. restaurant looks horrid .. something like a school canteen so we won't even bother trying the food. Common area gardens are not very pretty. Informational pamphlets not quite so informational. 6 sleeper chalet with only one small couch in lounge, and 2 small armchairs. Would definitely not recommend Sondela .. Mabula a much better pick.
The wildlife reabilitaion centre was nice .. at least the staff that did the tour knew what they were talking about and was very pleasant.
