I had an average experience with Diva care. The website was easy to navigate and I found the information I needed quickly. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow and I didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. Overall, Diva care is an okay option, but there's room for improvement.
