Barrier Solar breached there contract with us. We were told that our Solar Panels would be monitored continuously when we purchased them, but we ended up with an $8,000 PG&E bill because our solar panels had not been working for months. When we called Barrier Solar about this, they fixed the problem, but told us they were not responsible for paying the bill. We offered to split it 50/50, but they did not respond back to us, and never called us back.
