I had an average experience with Cogo House. Although their website was easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and I didn't feel like my concerns were properly addressed. However, once my issue was escalated, they were able to resolve it to my satisfaction. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
