Be careful renting any duplexes from Keri Turner. I rented for 3 years and never was late on my rent. $1,025 deposit was handed and nothing was returned to me! We worked over 2 days and I took off work to leave the place in good conditon. We spent well over $300, in cleaning products, replacing blinds, remote for garage, and knobs and we got NOTHING back. I am truly disappointed by Keri and the OAKS FELLOWSHIP CHURCH who represent the duplexes they rent. I've not heard nothing back and it's coming up to 2 months. We have a history of renting more then 8 properties and WE HAVE ALWAYS RECIEVED OUR DEPOSIT IN A TIMELY MANNER. BEWARE DO NOT RENT FROM ELITE REALTY GROUP. Stay away! You will thank me.
