I visited multiple dealerships before meeting Alan at the Stohlman VW dealership to buy my first new car. I can honestly say that Alan was by far the best sales consultant I could've asked for to make for such an exceptional experience. Alan was friendly, kind, straight-forward, and had a witty humor that made me feel as comfortable as possible buying my first car. I felt as if Alan genuinely wanted to match me with the perfect car rather than to just make a sale (of which I had felt at other dealerships). He took the time to explain everything thoroughly including walking me through how my first car servicing would work. Everyone that I met at the dealership was friendly and gave off the same kindhearted vibe. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend anyone purchasing a new car to use Alan!
