I would give a 6 if I could. The experience at the Valley Wing was excellent and close to flawless from the start to finish. Gigantic kudos to the Valley Wing service staff who unfailingly went the extra mile to make our stay special. Especially Ning who checked us in, and granted us a complimentary upgrade to the 1-bedroom suite because she wanted to give us a memorable experience for our anniversary, and was also very professional and helpful during check-out, proactively offering to refrigerate our cake when taking our luggage to storage and welcoming us to stay and enjoy the facilities till evening canapes. Special mention also goes to the elderly gentleman at the Champagne bar for his especially jovial, friendly and warm service. Can really feel the enthusiasm and sincerity coming from him, as well as the other members of the Valley Wing service team. Didn't get the gentleman's name but he told us that he was ex SIA cabin crew.


Meanwhile, I think Shangri-la's online customer service team has room for improvement considering that no acknowledgement was given to this review, which was posted more than 3 weeks ago!
