I recently rented a moving truck from U-Haul and I must say, the experience was average. The truck was clean and in decent condition, but the customer service was lacking. The representative at the counter was not very friendly or helpful. It took longer than expected to pick up the truck and the overall process was a bit disorganized. I would recommend U-Haul for their affordable prices and wide range of vehicles, but they definitely need to work on their customer service.
