Initially I did not feel that I need to complain about the product I seemed to work quite, unfortunately it does not. Now I am waiting for a new quote from another company, hoping for better, here I have thrown away the beauty of four thousand euros to then demolish everything and redo it, if finances allow me. I cannot recommend the AVE S.P.A. products worse if recommended by the G.F: Electrical Supplies S: A: S. of COSSA Fabrizio & C. of Susa. Di Cossa Fabrizio & C. electrician I was suggested an apartment burglar alarm with AVE material, disaster, overpaid all the material, without any guarantee, expensive assistance, had to replace the control unit for an electric discharge, the new unit that had to be the same as the previous in fact it was not I was charged the unit from 1100. in fact it was the most economical model, I understood later, so even the restarting created several problems because the data did not correspond with the new control unit, and the appropriate cost, moreover the night part that should work on the doors and windows not works, the last meeting with technicians told me that I would have to replace the battery of the siren with a thick 120/130 . I suspended all because the 'device beeps when and how it suits them for no reason, even with the night calls even with us out of the house so
let me imagine the anxiety of my wife and mine until I return home, now the only solution to keep it off, in spite of the four thousand euros thrown away.
So pay close attention to the rip-offs I will soon be taking a three-hundred euro system, at least it will work, with the same characteristics as the 3,400-euro system that does not work. Back on this shameful topic, after four months I managed to get a contact person to get an AVE Radio Filo 99 Canals Art. 925 RF, from the technicians who had installed the system and the retailer I recommended that the control unit had the same characteristics, the confirmation was given to me with a phone call from the same AVE, they told me that the only thing changed was the indication of the article with the addition of a PLUS but the characteristics were exactly like the previous one. Now the control unit has arrived, a first attempt lasting four hours by the technicians who had done the previous system to reactivate everything was useless. They told me that the data and the codes were not the same, they returned after three days with an AVE technician, then three technicians, another four hours of attempts finally partially managed to make it work.
I say partly because the section that should control the peripheral part that is the part to be used if necessary in the night hours does not work. Now after eight hours of work by three technicians, I leave you to imagine the cost of this restoration.
If I had scrapped the whole thing and replaced with a new system of VERISURE maybe it would definitely cost less.
Really disgusted.

Beware, I spent 3,200.00. in the month of March 2014 for the burglar alarm system, so far there have been few maintenance interventions, very well managed by the technician who at the time had made the plant.
Now in the month of May exactly the middle of the month, a flash, an electrical discharge burned the unit.
From the end of May until today 24 August 2018 we have not been able to have a new unit, it seems to me shameful, then they say that there is no work, what is there is not done.
So be careful.
