I am a customer of Sapatos as for several years now, and I must say that their service and products are average. While their prices are reasonable, the quality of their shoes leaves something to be desired. The designs are not very trendy and the durability is lacking. However, their customer service is decent and they do offer a good range of sizes. Overall, an average experience.
