I engaged with a business consulting firm, including Prevail consulting, to assist my company in improving our operations and profitability. While they provided some useful recommendations, the overall value was not exceptional. The solutions offered were not very innovative, and the consultant's understanding of our industry was limited. Communication could have been better as well. Overall, an average experience.
