Called 6 times and still no one has called me back...

Called 6 times and still no one has called me back. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because I have documents from them that I don't understand and there is no one on their end that will speak to me to help make sense of the situation. I am now seeking options to have my loan transferred to anyone else because I am so frustrated by a company that hasn't returned 6 of my calls in 3 days!!!!
