This is the main place to go for big events while in Charleston. They offer concerts, games (such as Stingrays hockey), graduation ceremonies and more. I've been here for those three and it will get crowded fast.
For graduation ceremonies:
- Come early to get your desired seat, they shouldn't have assigned seating.
- They do offer arrangements for guest in wheelchairs.
- I believe you can bring in a camera besides your phone.
- Should be able to bring in a purse or bag
- Large beach balls and fog horns are not welcomed.
- Parking should be free.
For concerts and hockey games:
- You can come early to get to your seat but since the seats are assigned it doesn't really matter
- They only allow diaper bags or clear bags when going to the game and they will still search it.
- They do assist with wheelchaired guests.
- Concession and alcohol are sold during the event. You will need to get a wristband to purchase alcohol for the hockey games, I'm not sure about concerts.
- Cost for parking, some nights are free during the games.
