Since when does coming all the way downtown to get pants hemmed hilarious to the help? A pretentious and arrogant employee on the 5th floor did not stop to think how far and out-of-the-way (not to mention the parking situation) I came to leave pants at the tailor. She did not try to help, she only made it worse and kept nagging at me while I waited at the elevator. As I left the store, she was on the phone with the another employee sitting at the desk downstairs, obviously complaining, as the woman stopped talking on the phone as I got off the elevator and whispered "he just left" as I walked out the door. If you advertise a tailor, for god's sake teach your staff how to pin a hem and while you're at it, teach them how to act professional.
