I had an average experience with North Westy LLC. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but their customer service could definitely use improvement. The website, kirkmeeks.com, was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, when I had a question about one of their products, it took them several days to respond to my email. Overall, I would say that the company is decent, but there is room for improvement.
