I had a mixed experience with 401k fundwatch. While their website is user-friendly and informative, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for my inquiries to be answered, and even then, the responses were not very helpful. Additionally, I encountered some technical issues on their platform which made it difficult to manage my investments. However, I appreciate their effort in providing educational resources about retirement planning. Overall, my experience with 401k fundwatch was average.
