I have been a customer of Vodafone next generation services limited for several years now, and I must say that their service has been average. Their network coverage is good and I rarely face any call drops or network issues. However, their customer support is not up to the mark. The wait times can be long and often the support agents are not able to provide a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
