Hatha Yoga has been such a transformative experience for me. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The classes are challenging yet accessible, and I always leave feeling stronger and more centered. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and positive. I can't recommend Hatha Yoga enough!
