I'm giving this 2 stars because Tammy (the NP) and the counselors I have seen have been awesome. The receptionist with the black hair is a whole different story. She is terrible and should be fired immediately. She has no business working in a facility that deals directly with patient care. She is rude, judgmental and uncaring. On several occasions I have been unable to make an appointment because of her. Once I spoke to someone else I was able to make an appointment immediately.
